Have you ever found yourself wanting to do something, yet not able to know how to start, or even, what steps to take in order to achieve your ultimate goal? Guess what: without concrete goals, you are essentially shooting in the dark trying to improve! Enter S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Using SMART can be a great tool to help you start and achieve that goal you've been thinking about! SMART can be a helpful way to visualize that goal and create an action plan for you to start.
For this month's freebie, I'm sharing this SMART goals worksheet for you to think about a goal you want to achieve. This printable can be printed and then filled, or filled in Adobe Reader (and printed if you need to!)
