Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment used to help those with PTSD, attachment issues, dissociation, and self-regulation as well as feelings such as anxiety and depression and can also be used to increase self-esteem.
Each card contains a different positive cognition. These are for personal use or for use in your therapy room, classroom or homeschool. NOT for commercial / re-distributing.
